2012?

Could this be the year that everything hits the fan? In the Mayan calender, time literally stops on this year. Everything seems to lead me to believe that this may very well be the case. I'm just now starting a family so this doesn't excite me quite as much as it would otherwise. I would hope that my little baby would get to at least get to enjoy her precious childhood years here on earth first. But ,if that is when it must happen, so be it. Evil keeps washing over the earth everyday more and more so something has to be done. Corruption is spilling into every facet of society and has already overcome the government. Politicians should just be referred to as professional liars. I could go on but the point of all of this is that we all should get ourselves ready to answer to the man. Including me. I believe in God very strongly but I don't attend church. Everyone I've tried to got to always had some sort of weird belief that I just couldn't get behind. I am prepared to give it another shot though. I realize that church can bring you closer to God. I think about him but hasn't communicated to me in a while now. So I figure he probably definitely not happy with the fact that I am not going to church to worship him at this point. Anyways, we all have things to work on and God loves us no matter what.

Things I look forward to

The new Camaro, cars that get a 100 mpg, getting my dreamhouse built, watching my lovely daughter grow up, having all of the bills payed off, growing old with my lovely wife, owning my own business, the second coming of jesus, and world peace.

Getting closer every day

Sad things occurred this month unfortunately. Mainly the Virginia Tech massacre comes to mind. Of course Iraq is still a mess. There has been a holy war ongoing over there for two thousand years but somehow we thought we could bring order over there in a couple of years. Come on! Get real! What we are doing over there is necessary. It's just the method and the expectations that are completely wrong. The only thing that will bring complete order over there, and everywhere else for that matter, is the return of Jesus. It could happen sooner than later too. The devil has already been having his fun for quite some time now as foretold in the Bible. Jesus will have to come along pretty soon to herd up the good folks and prove all the nonbelievers wrong. As much as I hate to admit it, the devil temps me everyday just like he does everyone. I'll go awhile and view porn online and justify it in my own mind. Then I'll wake up one day and realize how wrong it is even though so many people do it. That is one of the devil's biggest weapons too. He'll just whisper in your subconscious and constantly tell you "Everyone else is doing it. What's the big deal?". Whether it be drugs, watching porn, or just simply behaving in a disrespectful manner. A new month begins tomorrow and I have decided to make this a weekly update blog. Of course, I'll post more than that if I happen to have more witnessings. God bless everyone and let's all be witnessers.

Health Care System

What a mess huh? Most people can't afford it including me. When you do manage to get the coverage, you still might not get help when you need it. What would be the cause of this mess? If you ask me, it is the hospitals, doctors, and pharmacies. If they continue to charge so much for there services and medication, the health care providers have no choice but to charge more and more for health coverage. I'll give you a perfect example. My wife required blood pressure medication while she was pregnant. We took the prescription down to the local pharmacy and came back later only to find out that is was going to cost $134.99! My wife looked at him and said "I don't have a medical card. I can't aford that." He said "Let me go back in the office and see what I cant do." He came back proclaiming that he had got the price nocked down a little for her. She was still thinking it was going to cost too much when he said he got it knocked down to $19.99! Once the hospitals or pharmacies find out you don't have any health coverage they all jump into a different mode of operation. Instead of milking you for all they can get. They'll try to work with you and get you by as cheap as possible. Which is nice of them to do, but how can they get away with charging 8 times too much to begin with. Meanwhile you have all these doctors living in mansions. They should get paid well for what they do but there is just something really bad off kilter here. They simply should not get away with charging so much as soon as they find out that you have some kind of health coverage. We managed to get a medical card during the last part of the pregnancy or we would litterally be in the poor house right now. Everyone could have some sort of health coverage if we simply demanded that somebody mandate how much the medical field be allowed to charge. There simply should not be a separate extremely inflated charge for someone with medical coverage as apposed to someone without. It should all be a fairly reasonable price and not change. Am I the only person that realizes this is the problem?

My day today

I got up fairly early for me today at around 8:30 a.m. I was going to feed the baby if need be and then get ready to run dayshift at my job. The baby ended up not waking up until I had to shower up so my wife ended up having to feed her again. I drove to work and started setting up the restaurant to get ready to open. The owner of the store, who happens to be Iranian (even though he calls himself Persian) , called just like clockwork at about 10:10 a.m. to make sure someone was there to open the restaurant. He always makes small talk but I know he's mainly calling to make sure someone is there. I start getting phone calls way before we even open up from people wanting to order. I have to repeat specials to various people about five times before I can even finish getting the place ready to open. We started out being fairly busy and got a big order from a local factory for 15 pizzas and 8 2liters. After the initial lunch rush, it slowed down enough for me to get all of the prep work done for the day. That left me with plenty of time to kill so I doodled a layout for future home which I hope to get built for us within a year or so. All of the customers where nice today which renewed my faith in humanity once again. Once the main manager showed up, I took a couple of deliveries and then headed on home. It never got busy enough for me to stay any longer. On the way home I heard on the radio that the 15 british sailors had been released and couldn't help but wander if there was somekind of trade involved. I had the whole place to myself because my wife took the baby upstate to visit her cousin who had just given birth to a litte 3 1/2 pound boy. After feeding the dogs, I watched Attack of the Show on G4 and then proceeded to play Tiger Woods 2007 for the rest of night while listening to The Masters on the TV in the other room. Cassie and the baby finally got back home about 11:30 p.m. Now I get to stay up and wait for Gabriella's next feeding so Cassie can get some rest. Oh yeah, I almost forgot about finding out that Billy Donavan wasn't coming to coach the Kentucky Wildcats . Big bummer but we'll find somebody good I hope. Not a very exciting day I know, but I write this to let you know that I'm just a normal guy living a normal life. I wish I had more time to catch world news going to discuss but my life doesn't allow it on most days. I will try to bring these stories to you though as I hear about them.

Let's tackle selfishness shall we?

An obvious result of being disrespectful would have to be selfishness. Two things you see everywhere on a daily basis so much that it has all but become completely acceptable human traits. Unfortunately these two facts of life is what will singlehandedly bring about the End of Days. The more socially acceptable selfishness is, the closer we come to time of Jesus's return. It can't get anymore black and white than that. If you want to keep a running scale on how close we are getting to that point, all you have to do is hop on your local highway, rural road, or interstate and see how many people are actually following the speed limit. I'm speaking of the slow drivers just as well as the speeders. To go 35 mph in a 45 mph zone is to simply not give a damn about anybody behind them who actually has somewhere they need to be. To go right at the speed limit is to follow the law and to be concerned enough about the drivers around you to keep traffic flowing at a steady pace. I happen to deliver pizzas for a living so I know exactly how rare this actually occurs. So next time you go cruising just try to see how many drivers are attempting to drive at the speed limit compared to the ones who would love nothing more than to slow you down or ride your bumper. Believe it not, that will give you a pretty exact borometer of the plague of selfishness. By the way, if you got the money to just go cruising with gas prices, congrats. The power of oil is the devil's strongest weapon.

Little one requires alot of attention

I've been finding it pretty hard to find time for this blog lately with my little precious girl and everything. This is a marathon not a sprint for me anyway. I'll get back on track very soon. In the meantime God bless everyone. Even the crazy people trying to ruin our country in the media right now.
